CENTRAL WEST REGIONAL CYCLE TRAIL LINKS
Two premier cycle trails criss-cross the Lachlan Valley region along quiet smooth gravel roads and low traffic local roads, linking both major towns and quaint villages in an immersive and wonderfully memorable way.

The full route comprises of 7 section of approximately 50km per section. The total distance is 345km, which links the towns of Forbes, Cowra, Eugowra, Gooloogong, Parkes, Canowindra,
The Lachlan Valley Cycle Trail route is mostly flat terrain and suitable for less experienced riders.
Central West Cycle Track Cowra (Bushranger Discovery)- Maps & Info by sections
The route comprises 6 section of approximately 50km per section, total distance of 300km, linking the towns of Cowra, Canowindra, Gooloogong, Eugowra, Grenfell, Koorawatha
The CWCTC route is mostly flat terrain and suitable for less experienced riders.
Accommodation, Coffee, Food and points of interests are listed in the sections for the various routes.
The cycle routes avoid using main roads and utilises secondary rural bitumen and gravel roads. Bikes best suited to the route are hybrid or gravel bikes, mountain bikes, E Bikes.
The Lachlan Valley Trails and Central West cycle region has been developed by Central West Tours. Cyclist who choose to self guide the LVCT or do other regional cycle routes shown on this site do so at their own risk and should take all reasonable steps to review road, weather and seasonal farming conditions before and during their Lachlan Valley adventure.
